Justin grew up in the concrete industry, working for his father’s concrete foundation company. He has over fifteen years of experience with concrete, rebar design, and fabrication services. He holds an MBA, and his attention to detail will deliver what is needed on time and in a professional manner. Any customer needing rebar will not find a better expert to consult about their job-specific requirements. Justin and his family are part of the Grand Junction community and love calling the Western Slope their home. He enjoys canyoneering, rock climbing, and traveling.
Rich
Sales
When you call or stop in, Rich is one of the frontline staff you will consult about your needs. He is a recent addition to CCA, and his lifelong customer service experience and work ethic show in his passion for providing for each customer’s unique needs. Rich has years of volunteer time with Mesa County Search and Rescue, and like so many who live on the Western Slope, he enjoys exploring all this area has to offer, including fishing and hunting.

Ron is well known by CCA’s customers and is a native of Grand Junction. He has been with the company for over twenty years. His expertise highlights what we provide—knowledge of the concrete industry, our suppliers, and the professional line of products we carry. He is one of the frontline staff you will work with to meet your needs. Living in Western Colorado allows him to enjoy year-round fishing and time with his family.
Eric
Rebar Designer, Sales
Eric started with CCA in 2004 as a rebar fabricator. In his various roles with CCA, he has seen almost every aspect of the company and knows its customers well. He works in rebar design and sales, so you will likely interact with Eric if you need rebar fabrication or concrete accessories. Living here most of his life, Eric is an avid sports fan and loves the Western Slope, which allows him to spend time with family, and go dirt biking and camping in this beautiful area of the state.
Tom and Julie Halberg
Owners
Tom and Julie have owned Colorado Concrete Accessories since 2008. Tom, who has a geology/environmental sciences degree and an extensive background in construction contracting and management, focuses on the business's day-to-day operations and customer-facing aspects. Julie, who holds a business degree in finance, manages the back-office and corporate fiscal responsibilities. They both love the opportunity to provide employment to such a great staff and promote an enjoyable, professional working environment. “Our employees are like family to us.”
Together, Tom and Julie are active in their church and help with various fundraisers/projects throughout the community. Relationship building is a core value for them, whether with friends, employees, customers, or the community. “We are committed to giving back to the community,” shares Tom. “We hire local services and contractors, buy from local small businesses first, and support local causes.” They are proud financial and in-kind supporters of the local Fire FC Youth Soccer Club, Lion’s Club, Knights of Columbus, District 51 athletic and academic programs, St. Mary’s Foundation, Mesa County Right to Life, Special Olympics, Elevate Kids, and many more!
Tom and Julie enjoy living in Western Colorado and participating in all its outdoor activities, for which it is best known. In addition to running a successful business, their time is filled with travel, family time, hiking, camping, golfing, and skiing.
